FOREIGN ADDRESS? US AGENTS FOR SERVICE
Students who are unable to provide a U.S. mailing address in IACRA must designate a U.S. address where the FAA can mail their new certificate, as well for any future FAA correspondence related to that certificate. If you do not have a family member or friend with a U.S address and further assistance is needed, there are several companies that offer this service for a fee. Applicants can simply search online for “FAA agent for service” to find a number of available options.

Note: If you are a current certificate holder with a foreign mailing address, this advisory circular also applies to you with respect to ensuring a U.S mailing address, and for the same reasons stated above: https://usas.faa.gov/signin
