Pilots
Foreign pilots of ICAO member states qualify for a US certificate and type rating if they have a foreign ATP certificate or foreign Commercial certificate with AMEL(Airplane Multiengine Land) and Instrument ratings with no limitations (FAR 61.153).
A foreign pilot can attain a US ATP with a Type Rating by completing the FAA approved K&S Aviation courses.
The following prerequisites apply:
Pass the FAA ATP written Exam
ATP written exams may be taken in various countries/states. ATP preparation/study may be completed in various ways. K&S recommends a system of book and on-line study.

Pilots without 500 hours Multiengine
Land Turbine may have an ICAO limitation.
