The Workforce Investment Act, or WIA, was formerly known as the Job Training Partnership Act. Most states provide financial assistance for type rating training for "dislocated workers" or those in financial need, through WIA funding. Contact our office for questions.

To receive funds from WIA follow these steps:

Step 1: Call your local WIA One Stop Career Center. Ask if you are eligible for funds. Each WIA office has different criteria.

Step 2: Tell them K&S Aviation is an approved training provider and request a voucher. They will call us to verify class information and call you back with your approval.

Step 3:: Once you are approved, call us with your desired class date and we will ship your books.
